Great Dane Restaurant is looking for a creative and experienced individual to join our kitchen team, as a full time Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate:
• Must have previous work experience in the role being offered
• Should be able to work under pressure and work shifts, including evening, weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be able to work on own initiative and under minimum supervision.
• Should be a team player
• Must be Hardworking
• Should be Punctual
• Must follow all hygiene regulations (including HACCP)
• Must be able to speak in English well (if s/he is not a Maltese nationality)
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of professional cooking experience.
Have previous work experience in a similar role.
Third Country Nationals must have the skill card at hand.
Third Country Nationals must have the food handling card at hand.
Only Candidates already living in Malta will be considered for the job.
