Walsh’s Ltd have been involved in the catering business since the 70’s when Malta started to make a name for itself in the Tourism industry. Its first restaurant was ‘The Winston’ in Sliema which rapidly established itself as one of the leading restaurants on the Island.Since 1979 Walshs Ltd have also been operating the catering facilities at the Danish Village at the Mellieha Holiday Centre. For over 45 years we have been ensuring guests feel welcome and looked after during their stay and our food has maintained its popularity throughout the period.The outlets which include a large terrace overlooking Mellieha Bay provide a comfortable and unique setting for guests to enjoy breakfast , lunch and dinner.In order to ensure that our kitchen and service teams remain strong and modern with a good work ethic we are always seeking new staff who we feel will easily blend into our operation.

Office and Marketing Assistant (Part Time) . We require an Office and Marketing Assistant to help with the smooth running of our operation including assisting with some Accounting work, Marketing Campaigns, Menu compiling, Emails and other general duties.

<h4 style="margin-top: 24px;" class="heading requirements">Requirements</h4><ul class="jobDescList requirements"><li>2-3 years’ experience in marketing. Preferably within experience in hospitality or F&B sectors.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Adapt to changing priorities </li><li>Demonstrate an ability to manage and produce digital content across multiple platforms (incl. stories, reels, posts)</li><li>Proficiency in Canva</li><li>Good knowledge of ‘Microsoft Office Suite’ ( Excel , Word , Outlook and Power point)</li><li>Read, write and speak good English </li><li>Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail</li><li>Be a team player and have a hands-on approach towards work</li><li>Will be assisting with answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails professionally.</li><li>Must help with the smooth running of our operation including assisting with some Accounting work, Marketing Campaigns, Menu compiling and Other general duties</li><li>Must be currently living in Malta</li></ul>
