Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible must ensure quality in the food produced, and helping to create new and exciting dishes.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting. They should have a strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices. They must also demonstrate a passion for food and a desire to create new and innovative dishes.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Make sure that all food is prepared and served in a timely and professional manner

- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards

The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Must be Hardworking and Punctual
