We are looking for an experienced culinary professional to join our team as Chef De Partie. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on food preparation and presentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including but not limited to:
• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards
• Supervising and training junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting in menu planning and development
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff
The successful candidate should have a passion for food, excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Make sure that all food is prepared and served in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards
The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
